On December 13, 2012 at 6pm, the LAC Board of Directors will be holding an informational meeting regarding the LAC hosted 2013 Swim Meet. The swim meet is scheduled for Febuary 9-10, 2013. All members are encouraged to attend to recieve planning and volunteer job information. There will also be a Q & A session following the meeting. This meet will require the participation of ALL LAC members.

LAC has two Senior level swimmers, Nina Hayes and Trent Trump, competing in the in the Junior Nationals meet in Knoxville Tennessee December 5th- 9th. WAY TO GO!!

Hello all LAC Families, we hope you are all having a great November so far. It has been awesome to see the progress of our groups this month in attendance and on test sets. Some swimmers have improved tremendously, making all test set swims where last month they only made one or two. It is inspiring to see the great effort of these swimmers pay off in practice and at meets. Hello all Aquacowboys Families, there will be no Saturday AM practice this week because most swimmers and coaches will be at either the AIA or Marin Pirates meets. On Monday, if you swim both days of the meet, please take the day off. There will be regular practice for all other groups. Senior group will be off on Monday.

Hello everyone. Unfortunately, the SCCA High Point meet is closed. Please sign up for the Orinda meet on the same weekend instead. This meet is now open for sign ups BUT WILL CLOSE SOON so please sign up immediately for at least 3 events per day. Seniors with cuts for Washington/Juniors, just sign up for Saturday 3 events. Hello all Aquacowboys Families. I'm posting this as a clarification on the SCCA Swim Meet, October 20-21st. This meet is not open to us until October 3rd because it is out of our zone. They are capping the meet at 350 swimmers. I encourage everyone to sign up on the 3rd without delay in order to participate in this fun meet.
