Greetings Aquacowboys, we are coming to the end of another great season. It has been a year of growth for our team in numbers and in swimming skill. We have gained new experiences and insights and have learned greatly. This week is the last week of swimming before our summer break. Swimming will resume on Tuesday, September 6th, after Labor Day. Junior 2, Pre-Senior, and Senior groups will meet in the club room at 4:45pm on the first day of practice for a team meeting. All other groups will begin...

The Aquacowboys make their presence known at this year's prestigious Santa Clara International swim meet. Andrew Hayes, Nina Hayes, Evan Carlo were qualifiers. Andrew competed in the 50 and100m free, 100m fly, 100m and 200m back and 200m IM. Nina competed in the 50 and100m free, 100m fly, 100m and 200m back, 100m breast and 200m IM. On Saturday, June 18th, Evan Carlo, Andrew Hayes, and Nina Hayes will be competing in the Santa Clara international meet with some of the best swimmers in the world. Last year's participants included: Natalie Coughlin, Ryan Lochte, Dana Vollmer, and many other Olympians. Every LAC swimmer is encouraged to come watch the meet, support your teammates, and make goals to qualify for this event some time in the near future.
