Maria Carlson represented TVA at her first NCSA Junior Nationals event this past weekend in Orlando, FL. The event consisted of 1790 athletes, 255 clubs and 7547 individual splashes over five days making it the largest NCSA’s to date. Maria qualified and swam four events: 50, 100, and 200 Breaststroke, and 100 Free. She advanced to finals in the 50 Breaststroke. This was the first of many elite events she will be representing TVA in next few months. Congratulations!

The Senior and Gold groups raced this past weekend at the Pacific Swimming Senior Championships in Pleasant Hill. TVA swimmers took the weather in stride to have some great performances at the Winter JO’s in Morgan Hill. It was the first JO’s for all of our participants and it sure will be memorable.
