Update from USA Swimming regarding new log in

Users logging into  hub.usaswimming.org  ( SWIMS) will be prompted to change their password the first time. This is a very easy process; Login, retrieve the code in your email, enter the code, and change the password.  This change is exactly as described and users will need to update their passwords on the USA-S website (use a computer for this).
 
For those using the app:
VERY IMPORTANT for Coaches and Officials who need access to their credentials.  The new password you've set on the account via the website WILL NOT update the password for the mobile app at this time.  If you are struggling to login to the USA Swimming app after you changed the password through  hub.usaswimming.org , please try your ‘old’ password only for the app. The process for the app will change in the very near future, but we are stuck with this for now.
