At present, 8 PDST swimmers were selected into 2014 14 & U Age Group Zone PNS as the Automatic Qualifiers. We finished 4th after Day 4 (Saturday) at the Champ meet with one more day to finish the Champ meet. . Sixty-seven PDST swimmers will represent PDST to compete in the PNS LC Champ meet at KCAC Federal Way July 23rd-27th. They will compete in all age groups with 33 relays and 277 individual events. Summer construction heats up with big closure of westbound I-90 in July 18th-25th MERCER ISLAND – Puget Sound area drivers who want to avoid getting burned this summer should start planning now as a big highway preservation project kicks off in July. One of the biggest highway construction closures of the summer is scheduled to begin in mid-July when westbound Interstate 90 near Mercer Island is reduced to just one lane around-the-clock for seven days.
