SPLASHBALL WATER POLO |
| Introduce young players to the game! The Splashball program is for kids ages 8 to 12 who want to learn the basics of water polo in a non-competitive, fun, instructional environment. There are no formal games at this age level. Practices are held in the small pool where kids can stand, allowing them to focus on learning the game without worrying about treading water. All participants will be introduced to the rules and general strategy of the game, and will begin to develop their ball handling and "water polo swimming" skills. Players will require a Bronze Athlete Membership from USA Water Polo. The entry level membership for "Splashball" is sufficient and can be upgraded when the athlete moves up to the next level. You will be asked to submit your USWP # when registering. All USWP memberships run on a calendar year. |
