This page will be updated with the upcoming swim meet event sheet & alpha sheet (when provided), within 24 hours of the current swim meet. It's recommended to print out a copy for personal use, and highlight all of the events your swimmer is scheduled to swim.

4:00 PM: Swimmers arrive capped and ready for warm-ups.
4:15-4:45 PM: Wahoo warm ups in the pool.
4:45-5:15 PM: Visiting team warm ups in the pool.
5:20 PM: Swim meet start time.
Parking: The parking lot will be open, but please do not park in the parking spaces blocked off with orange cones. These are blocked off for Pancoast Pizza and safety reasons. Additional parking may be found along the neighboring streets. Be respectful of our neighbors and avoid blocking driveways along Rohrer and Silverado. Cars blocking driveways may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Team Area: Visiting teams will be located on the grass below the tennis courts. The Wahoo area is on the pool side closest to the parking lot.
Order of Events: Medley Relay, Individual Medley, Freestyle, Breaststroke, Backstroke, Butterfly, Free Relay
Food & Beverages: Our Cafe will be open and run by Pancoast Pizza, and accepts, cash, credit cards and Venmo. In addition, the Rancho Snack Shack will sell snack items to supplement the food served by Pancoast Pizza. Fruit will be available and free to our swimmers.
Wahoo Apparel: Our apparel team will also be selling Wahoo apparel, and accepts Venmo,
What to Bring and Expect:
- Don your Wahoo apparel.
- Swimmers should wear their team suits and swim caps.
- Shepherds will gather 8&U swimmers before the team cheer for the Medley Relays.
- Towels, water bottles, snacks and extra layers of clothing as the temperature will be chilly in the morning.
- Bring your own chairs as no deck furniture will be available.
Meet Sheets will be posted as soon as we receive them. It helps to:
1) View or print the meet sheets prior to arrival.
2) Highlight the event heat and lane for your swimmer(s).
3) Write the event heat and lane on your swimmer(s)' hand prior or upon arrival. Refer here to learn how to read a meet sheet program and what to write on your swimmer(s)' hand.
