Program Overview

The Rancho Colorados Swim Team (RC) is a recreational team that is focused on fostering a fun, nurturing environment for swimmers to develop stroke technique and a love for swimming with family-oriented and team-building activities. RC provides an opportunity for swimmers to develop important skills and compete with other swimmers in the community, regardless of ability.

RC is part of the Lafayette Swim Conference (LSC) and competes in the LSC Championship meet at the conclusion of the summer season. During the summer months, workouts are held Monday through Friday with typically two swim meets per week. The team participates in various invitational meets, including the County Championships, and multiple social events at RC during the summer season.

To join our swim team you must be a member of Rancho Colorados Swim & Tennis Club (some exceptions apply to our 15-18 year old swimmers). Information on becoming a Rancho Colorados Swim & Tennis Club member can be found on the website. 

RC registration starts in mid-February. RC offers a Spring Clinic beginning in March, and Summer Team workouts begining in May. If you're considering becoming a RC member and have missed registration, please reach out to our Membership Director for guidance.
