Spring Stroke Clinics
March 13-30 & April 10-27, 2023
Get a jump on the swim season with competitive clinics designed to improve a swimmer's understanding of all competitive strokes and turns before swim team workouts begin.
Eligibility: Spring Stroke clinics are open to swimmers with previous swim team experience (RC or otherwise) OR experience with our Fall Swim Program. We understand swimmers are eager to get back in the water; however, for the spring clinics, we will not have the in-water coaching staff needed for our youngest Wahoos. Registration dates:
- Registration opens for both clinics: Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 8 AM. Click here to register.
- Registration closes: Sunday, March 12, 2023 and Sunday, April 9, 2023
Session dates:
- Session 1: March 13-30, 2023*
- Session 2: April 10-27, 2023
*Clinics will be held Monday, March 20, 2023.
Clinic days and workout times: Clinics are held Monday-Thursday; there are no clinics on Fridays. Swimmers have two registration options for each clinic: 1-2 days/week or 3-4 days/week. Workout times are based on the swimmer's age.
- 8 & Under: 3:30–4:15 PM
- 9 & Up: 4:15–5:00 PM
Cost: $175 for 1-2 days/week; $225 for 3-4 days/week.
Refund policy for spring stroke clinic: Last day for refunds, minus a $35 processing fee per swimmer, is Sunday, March 12, 2023 for Session 1 or Sunday, April 9, 2023 for Session 2. Note: In the event of unexpected or unforeseen, extended periods of pool closure, the swim team committee will evaluate refunds and make up sessions at that time.
