Welcome to the 2025 season from your Spirit Wear coordinators! We have some important information and reminders listed below for this upcoming season. 1. Towels:
   1. We are hoping to be able to provide the option to buy a swim team towel for the 2025 summer season for those that would like one.  To place an order with the vendor, we must have a minimum of 40 orders. Please note, this will be the only chance to get a new (and different) towel to add to your Barracuda towel collection.  If you intend to purchase a towel, please fill out this Google Form.  Forms MUST be completed by May 11th at 11:59 PM.

1. Please note, question 5 on the google form will only apply if we get to a minimum of 40 orders.  At that time, we will reach out to the email address associated with the form for payment before the order is placed. 
2. Please only say yes if you truly intend to purchase a towel. If you are unsure if your child will make the team, we suggest waiting until another season in which towels are offered as refunds will not be available once the order is placed.

1. The cost is $36 for a Non personalized towel or $40 for a Personalized towel with your swimmers first and last name (which parent to parent is so helpful when looking for your kid’s towel in the sea of blue and green in the team area). Towels are expected to arrive 4 - 5 weeks from the order date.  Distribution/pickup arrangement will be provided once the towels have arrived.

1. Swimsuits:
   1. Due to quantity limitations, the board has decided to go with using the same team suit that was used in 2024, to be ordered through Cassel’s again this year. The brand is Speedo in style Disco Boom.  The suit is available in two different back styles for the girls (Flyback or Super Pro) and in either jammers or briefs for the boys. The link to order suits (along with pictures of the different styles) is 2025 Barracudas Swimsuits.
   2. It is strongly suggested that you get your child fitted for a suit unless you are familiar with the speedo brand sizing for the disco boom suit. Anyone needing to be sized MUST go to Cassel’s, located in Chantilly (4115 Pleasant Valley Rd, Suite 500, Chantilly, VA 20151), as we will not be hosting a team sizing event this year.  
   3. The online store is currently open and will close on May 18^th. Any suits ordered through the online store will be picked up by the Spirit Wear Coordinators 2-3 weeks after the store closes.   Distribution/pickup arrangement will be provided once suit orders are picked up from Cassel’s.
   4. Anyone needing to be sized and/or order a team suit after May 18^th, MUST contact Cassel’s directly to place an order.

1. Spirit Wear sold through Cheer Sports:
   1. Spirit wear will be available through Cheers Sports including shirts, visors, shorts, sweatpants, hoodies, and more for a limited time.
   2. The link to the Cheer Sports store is here  
      1. All questions regarding items on the Cheers Sports store should be directed at Cheers Sports and not the spirit wear chairs.
      2. Orders placed through the Cheers Store will be picked up by the spirit wear coordinators 2 – 3 weeks after the store closes, not after individual purchases.  Distribution/pickup arrangements will be provided once orders are ready.

1. Barracudas Team Store:
   1. In addition to the online Cheers Sports store, we will be selling barracuda swim caps, barracuda stickers, barracuda croc charms, and NEW this year Barracuda trucker hats as part of our personal Barracudas Merch Store.
   2. Items available as part of the team merch store can be purchased throughout the season while supplies last. 
      1. More information on ways to purchase merch will be communicated in the coming weeks.
