Team Pictures and Pancakes is MOVED to Friday, June 27. There will be regular practice on Monday, June 23.

On Friday, please have your swimmer(s) wear the team suit or a bathing suit of their choice and their Sharks team shirt. NOTE: Team shirts will be handed out during practices this week. Wearing the shirt is optional for individual and sibling pictures, but required for age group and full team pictures.

Friday’s Schedule of Events

  • Please enter the pool area through the back gate to check in with the picture day team.
  • Arrival time is staggered to help minimize your wait time in line. Please plan to be on deck a few minutes before the start time of the first age group in which your family has a swimmer:
  • 7:30 am – Little Flippers and 8 & under
  • 7:40 am – 9-10 year olds
  • 7:50 am – 11+ year olds 
  • Swimmers will take individual and sibling pictures first. 
  • After individual and/or sibling pictures, swimmers can enjoy breakfast in the grassy area until the photographer is ready for age group photos and our annual full team picture. 
  • After taking all pictures and eating pancakes, the kids will have the option to play water games or water polo then go home.

Photo Orders & Payment

  • Click here for the order form. To ensure a smooth and efficient picture day, please fill the form out in advance – in Microsoft Excel, the math can be done for you!  Please print out your completed form and bring it with you.  We will also have blank forms available. 
  • We use MPix for the photo orders and build in just a small upcharge to cover shipping and processing expenses.  Families with more than one swimmer will have the option to have them photographed individually and/or together. Original digital files may also be ordered for a small charge but only as an addition to a print order. Proceeds support the team, and the digital files will be emailed to you.
  • NO FORM + NO MONEY = NO PICTURES - No Exceptions. Payment may be made by:

Note: If you pay in advance, please attach a print-out of the confirmation to the order form, so payment can be verified without interruption.
