Dolfins Families,

This is your last chance to register before the price increases on April 1^st.  Practices start April 8 and we hope to see you at the pool soon!

Practice Schedule

Practice starts Monday, April 8.  Please remember that ALL swimmers must have the $500 Family Fee check turned in before they can participate.  Please make checks payable to “PHD”.  Checks will ONLY be cashed if work assignments are not completed.  There is no Family Fee for families with Mini’s only.

Sports Basement Season Kick-Off

We have partnered with Sports Basement to offer team members a 20% discount.  The discount is valid April 5-19 at the Walnut Creek Store, 1881 Ygnacio Valley Road with the attached flyer.

Team Website

We invite all team members to explore the new team website, including the calendar.  We’d like to send a special Thanks! to Webmaster Kate Bechtel who has worked this winter to update the website.  Kate continues to work to make sure that all the information on the website is accurate and up-to-date. 

Some information is only available if you are logged into the website.  Returning families can use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page if they have trouble accessing your account.

New families should have received an email from the Dolfins website to finish setting up their account for the team website.  The email has the subject “Your password to access Pleasant Hill Dolfins On-Line”.  If you have not received that email, or if the link has expired, you can use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.  If you still have trouble logging in, please contact me at [email protected] or (925) 682-0896.

Waivers

Waivers are now signed electronically, in our registration system.  Swimmers who do not have a waiver on file will receive a separate email from our registration system ([email protected]) with the subject “Please complete enclosed waivers for Pleasant Hill Recreation & Park District”.  You must click on the link in the email to sign and submit the waiver.
