HAVE FUN! SWIM FAST!
For over 50 years, the Pleasant Hill Dolfins have been having fun and swimming fast! We are a summer recreational swim team, competing in local meets. Daily practice includes instruction in all four competitive strokes, racing starts and turns. Fun events and activities throughout the swim season.
