Starter and Referee Info Meeting!

Hello Dolfins!

Starters and Referees are essential to run a swim meet.  We need one starter and one referee on the pool deck for each home meet.   

The job of the Starter is to give instructions to the swimmers and start the swimmers for each heat. They also call false starts if necessary

The job of the Referee is to partner with the starter to get the swimmers prepared to start each race.  The referee is responsible for the pace of the meet.
