Dive into three weeks of fun at the pool with daily swim practice, water safety skills and lots of fun activities both in the pool and on the deck. Swim practice will include instruction in all four competitive strokes. Other water-based activities include games like water polo, sharks and minnows and Marco-polo plus free swim time. Participants must be able to swim, unassisted, 25 yards each of freestyle (face in the water with rhythmic breathing) and backstroke. Please bring suit/towel/goggles, change of clothes, snack, water bottle and apply own sunscreen. The morning session will be led by Coach Bryce, and the afternoon session by Lesson Manager Trevor.

PHRec CARES programs are now open to all members of our community and are compliant with the current Contra Costa County health order. Health and safety procedures include (and are not limited to) no contact drop-off & pick up procedures, daily health screenings for participants and staff prior to entry, frequent sanitation of high contact surfaces and program equipment and masking of staff members. Aquatics staff are all American Red Cross Lifeguard certified and attend weekly training.

A payment plan is available. Half is due at the time of registration and the remaining half will be auto-charged to a credit card on 7/3 (Session 1) or 7/24 (Session 2).
Registration is available online here, beginning at 9:00 am on Wednesday, June 10. Space is limited to 12 participants per group, so we recommend registering early to secure your space. Registration is currently limited to Dolfins, but will be opened to all on Friday, 6/12.
