Dolfins News!!!!

Hello Dolfin Families!

I hope this message finds you and your families safe and healthy!  What a year it's been!!  As we approach the end of 2020 (thank goodness) I wanted to reach out with an update on our plan for a 2021 swim season.  As it stands right now, we are hoping and planning to start the Dolfin swim season on Monday, April 12th where practices will start at the Pleasant Hill Pool on Gregory Lane.  Practices would then switch to PHEC (our home pool) on May 17th and summer practices would begin on Monday, June 7th.  We have currently scheduled 6 regular home meets, 2 away meets, and if large gatherings will be in the cards.....we will participate in Devil Mt. Pentathlon, Battle of the Ages, Crossings, Concord City Meet and County Meet.  We will keep the team updated as new information is available!  I sure miss seeing everyone and know my kids cannot wait to be with their swim friends again!

On another note, I wanted to share a bit of bad news:  We will not be hosting the Dolfin Christmas Tree Lot this year.  Sadly a Covid outbreak in the area where the trees are grown outside of Eugene, Oregon has made it impossible to have crews out to actually cut down the trees.  This is super sad for all of us but we will be ready to welcome the family and their crew back next year.
