IMPORTANT DEADLINES!!!!!!

Amy Ross

Hello Dolfin Families!

*******IMPORTANT DEADLINES********

We have 2 meets that entries will be closing for on Sunday, June 27 @ 7pm. PLEASE go in right now and sign IN or OUT for the PHA meet(June 30) AND Concord City Meet (July 23-25).

The PHA meet is at our pool next Wednesday night. It is another fun meet against a local team. You may choose 2 events and please put a note if your swimmer will be late or needs to leave early so I can complete relays.

Concord City Meet is our big end of the season meet and we would like everyone to be there. They have an A and B division so everyone has an opportunity to win individual awards as well as a team award. It is a Trials and Finals meet so both divisions have finals in the afternoon for Sat & Sun events. They run IM's on Friday night at 6pm and they are timed finals. The meet is at Northgate High School. This meet has a theme of "California Cities". it is a really fun meet with a lot of spirit! Each team gives the other teams a good luck basket and there is a spirit parade on Saturday. They WILL NOT allow any late entries!!!!! Please sign In or Out so I know you have made a decision and didn't just forget to sign in. I do entries in the middle of the night and there is no way for me to call everyone to see if they want to be entered. Swimmers may each swim 3 events. Please choose the 3 events they want to swim. They should swim their best events. Please put a note if your swimmer is not available for one of the days so I can complete the relays. This meet allows A, B & C relays so more swimmers can be in relays. (All 6&U and 8&U swimmers that go to this meet will get a special visit from their coaches with a magic Dolfin cookie Thursday night before this meet) Sign up today so you don't miss out! The team pays the $30 entry fee per swimmer but if you sign up and don't show up you will be charged for the entry fee.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Coach Talli
