Team Suit Try On/Order Information

Greetings Dolfin Families!

We hope your swimmers enjoyed the first week of swim practice!  It's going to be a whirlwind from here on out!  Next week we will have several team suit try on days and the order window following is quite small so we wanted to get this info out to everyone ASAP!!

Team Suit Sizing

 Sample suits are in and it’s time to get sized for the 2022 season!  Ordering team suits is a two-step process:

  1. Attend a try on day so you know what size suit to order.
  2. Order your suit(s) online from Q Swimwear by April 24.

Try On Days

Swimsuit try on days will be held Monday, April 18-Wednesday, April 20.  See below for the times and locations.  Suit sizing should be done BEFORE practice (it’s harder to try on suits when you are wet!). 

Girls should plan to try suits on over a dry swimsuit and Boys will be able to use the locker room or they can try on suits over a dry jammer/speedo.  

  • Monday, April 18, 3:45-4:45pm at PH Aquatic Park
  • Tuesday, April 19, 3:45-4:45pm at PH Aquatic Park AND 5:00-6:45pm at PH Ed Center
  • Wednesday, April 20, 5:00-6:45pm at PH Ed Center

Again, suits should be tried on before practice.  Some of our awesome board members will be on hand to answer any questions.

Order Deadline: 11:59pm on Sunday 4/24.  This is a strict deadline for swimmers to get their suits in time for Time Trials.  There are no later orders or exceptions. 

 All suits are made to order and are non-returnable.  It’s very important you try on before ordering a suit to ensure the fit.  Suits will be directly shipped to each family based on the contact information you provide in your order. 

In addition to suits, Q Swimwear is offering custom silicone swim caps.  IMPORTANT: if you order custom caps, you will receive an email on 4/25 to confirm the customization on your caps.  If you do not respond to that email by 4/29, they will default your customization to the last name on your order.
