Board Elections - Call for Nominations
Every year in August the Pleasant Hill Dolfins Parent Club holds elections for board members. Each family on the team is a member of the Parent Club and is allowed one vote towards the election of board members. Positions are elected for a 2-year term. The following positions are up for election this year, with terms ending in 2024:
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Social Director
- Team Operations
- Work Shift Coordinator
- Board Member At Large
In addition, we have some open positions that need to be formally filled by election. These positions are 1-year terms, ending in 2023.
- Vice President (1 year term)
- Fundraising (1 year term)
- Battle of the Ages (1 year term)
If you are looking for a way to help the team, have fun, be in the know and be part of team decisions, please consider nominating yourself for an open position. After nominations close, a ballot will be sent to the primary email on each account via Survey Monkey.
