Dolfins December 2022 News
Hello Dolfin Families!
I hope you are all doing well! We have had an amazing Fall and Winter swim season, and I am looking forward to getting the whole team back together in the Spring. The new Spotlight is out, and registration is open for the 2023 season! Our numbers were up for Fall so we expect them to be up again this Summer. We do expect some age groups to fill fast. Please sign up early to get the best pricing and secure your spot on the team.
We have been busy planning all the details for next season. We have attached the tentative schedule so you can plan your Summer. Battle of the Ages is a favorite meet for all swimmers, and our biggest fundraiser so we need full parent participation to make this meet successful. Concord City Meet is the other meet that I would like to see full participation. It is a great meet for all levels of swimmers and a great time to show our team spirit. Please try to plan vacations around those two weekends.
The County meet has moved one week later this year so we will have two extra meets the week after Concord City.
Our 4th of July break will be June 30-July 5. This is a great time to plan your vacations!
We are working with Elsmore Swim Shop, in the Countrywood Shopping Center, to design our new team suits and set up an online team store for all of our gear. We decided to switch back to a solid Speedo suit with embroidery because of their superior quality and fit. We will send you the link when the store opens in January.
The Dolfins Tree Lot at the Winslow Center is open through this Sunday, December 18. If you are still looking for the perfect tree, don't miss out on your chance to support the team.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I am home recovering from shoulder surgery, so I have plenty of free time to get back to you.
Wishing you a fabulous holiday season with your families!
Dolfin Love,
Coach Talli
