Who-A-Thon Fundraiser Helper
Works with coordinator prior to Who-A-Thon. Walks around at social events and home meets to generate buzz.
Who-A-Thon Gofer
Picks up items from Safeway at 8 AM (donuts, coffee, etc) and brings to WHO pool by 8:30 AM. Helps set up and assist at the Who-A-Thon.
Who-A-Thon Helper
Work on day of Who-A-Thon and assist where needed (lap counter, collect money, cheer etc). Help with set-up and take down
Who-A-Thon Snacks and Prize Helper
Helps hand out prizes and snacks during the Who-A-Thon
Picture Day Helper
Works with coordinator on day-of to organize swimmers and helps distribute pictures via family files.
City Meet Pancake Breakfast Helpers
Help prep, cook, serve and clean up at the pancake breakfast (Friday before city meet)
City Meet Pep Rally Helpers
Help run pep rally activities for City Meet
9-10 Age Group Party Helper
Helps with age group 9-10 party at the pool
13-14 Age Group Party Helper
Helps with age group 13-14 party
11-12 Age Group Party Helper
Helps with dive in movie at WHO pool
Otter Pup Graduation Helper
Speak with spirit team member prior to event and coaches during the event. Collect donations from Otter Pup parents to buy gift for Otter Pup coaches.
Red & Black Meet Helpers
Helps fundraising team with Red and Black Meet
Red and Black Meet: Raffle/Fundraiser
Works with spirit team on raffle/fundraiser for Red and Black meet. Sell ducks for Duck Derby and tickets to Whacky Wagers at team social events and meets prior to meet. Works during event.
Conference Meet Pancake Breakfast Helpers
