Red and Black Meet

Join us for an evening of big fun on Wednesday, July 24 from 5:00PM – 9:00PM. Always the most popular event of the season, the Red and Black Meet gives us a chance to celebrate our team and families as we close out the season with parent and family races, the WHO auction and most importantly, the Duck Derby!

Family Dinner and Ice Cream Social 

Bring your own dinner or order from Pan Coast Pizza who is generously donating 20% of their sales that evening to the team. IMPORTANT!! If ordering on their website, be sure to select PICK UP not DELIVERY. In the notes, please mentions "WHO fundraiser" and your preferred delivery window time.

Our fabulous spirit team will host an Ice Cream Social. Enjoy delicious treats compliments of WHO.

Coaches/Parents/Family Relays - Show the kids how it has done!

The kids love to turn the tables! Dust off your racing caps and sign up to race the coaches and other parents or join the whole family group race (4 members per team). Interested participants should contact Coach Wyatt. [email protected]

Annual Red and Black Auction:

Bring on your paddle prowess and bid on amazing opportunities to save time and effort during the 2025 swim season. Items available are:

VIP tents – avoid the pop-up tent battle by snagging a coveted tent for either all HOME meets, CITY or CONFERENCE meets.

VIP parking – two spots available for parking at the front door for all home meets.

Get Out of Job 2025 – a priceless opportunity to get out of all jobs for next year’s swim season.

Additional items up for grabs; Coach for the Day, Snack Shack Cut in Line Passes, Snack Shack party and more.
 

It’s Duck Derby time!

An annual WHO tradition and the kids’ favorite event, the Duck Derby provides it all – fundraising for the team, a bit of hilarious competition and amazing prizes for all ages. Adopt your rubber duckies for the race and cheer them on for the win!

We have a treasure trove of fabulous prizes this year including the Kids Corner, rounds of golf at private clubs, lessons with our coaches, gift baskets and Corey’s famous cookies!

Ducks are available for purchase prior to the meet and at the meet itself. Contact [email protected] to purchase ducks. Venmo @Ollie-Otter (preferred payment but cash will be accepted at the meet).

Look out for Ryan Ellis, Jason Bauer and Bill Harvey at the next few practices and meets, they will be on hand to help you adopt your ducks!

Oh, the places WHO ducks go…

Our ducks love to travel. Watch out for WHO ducks on our Instagram page, WHO knows where they might pop up? Over the next week, four ducks will appear in various Walnut Creek locations. The first two people to identify all the locations of the ducks in the photos will win three free ducks for the Derby. Send your completed guess to [email protected] for the win!
