2023 Coaching Staff

Head Coach Henry Lock - Hello, I am Henry Lock and I am excited to return as a swim coach for WWSC. I learned to swim at the Warson Woods pool in the pre-swim program and I have been on the swim team every year since then. While unfortunately last year was my last year as a swimmer on the team, I am grateful to still be a part of this program as a coach. I swam on the Webster Groves High School Swim Team all four years and am now swimming on the club team at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. I can’t wait for our season to get underway, let’s go Hurricanes.

 
Assistant Coach Peter Baartman - My name is Peter Baartman, and I am so excited to be your Co-Head Coach this season! This will be my first season as the Co-Head Coach here, but I am ready for an amazing summer with you all!  I am an alumni of Saint Louis University, and am continuing my education there at the moment, getting my Masters degree in Nutrition. I have been swimming as long as I remember, from 6 and unders all the way to writing practices and coaching my college club swim team. I am looking forward to working with every swimmer this summer, getting down to the business of fast swimming while having a ton of fun.  
 

Assistant Coach Paige Bolling  - Hi I’m Paige Bolling! I’ve been swimming in the St. Louis area the past 14 years. I just finished my second year at Maryville University, where I am studying physical therapy and I am a member of the swim team. I am excited to be an assistant coach at Warson Woods this summer and I’m looking forward to this season!
