You can now declare the attendance for your swimmers for the upcoming swim meet this Monday, June 13 at Briar Hill Farms.  The deadline to declare for this meet is this Friday, June 10 at noon.

Please declare your swimmers for each meet, even the meets they will not be able to attend.  When you tell us the swimmer won’t be able to attend, the coaches don’t have to wait for a response to create the Heat Sheets.

You can go ahead and declare for all of the meets now, or you can wait, if you are unsure about your schedule.  The deadline to declare for each meet is Friday at noon before each meet.

Steps for How to Declare:

  1.  Go to the Warson Woods Swim Team Website: https://www.teamunify.com/Home.jsp?_tabid_=0&team=recgtwwhst
  2.  Click on the “Events” Tab.
  3.  Scroll to the Meet Date.
  4.  Click on “Edit Commitment”.
  5.  Scroll down to the swimmer’s name at the bottom of the page.
  6. Click on the swimmer’s name.
  7. If your swimmer WILL be attending the meet:  Under “Signup Record”, Select “Yes”.  Check the box next to “Day 1/Session 1”.  Optional: You can enter a note to the coaches in the “Notes” section.  Click “Save Changes”.
  8. If your swimmer WILL NOT be attending the meet:  Under “Signup Record”, Select “No”.  Click “Save Changes”.
  9. Click “OK” to answer the question “Do you really want to submit the changes now?”
  10. If you have additional swimmers, go back to the Events Tab and follow the same steps for each swimmer.
