All athletes must complete the following steps to complete their registration for the current season:

Review the Edison High School Athletic Eligibility Requirements and complete the Clearing Process as outlined. Athletes will not be eligible to participate until all steps in the Clearing Process have been completed. Forms will be given to athletes by their Coach during practice or try-outs.

Download Athletics Physical Form and have it completed by a physician. Sports physicals are offered on campus in May and are valid for 12 months. Emergency Card/Clearance Card will be given to athletes by coaches. Additional copy can be downloaded here.

Remit payment to the Finance Office for the Edison Transportation/Trainer Donation of $110 for the Fall 2017 season. Payable by check only to Edison High School and is part of the above clearing process. This amount is determined by the school and includes all bus transportation to all league games (not tournament, or practices). This also includes access to the school trainer.

Complete the Boys Water Polo online registration. A receipt will be emailed to you showing NOT PAID however once you submit your Donation for the current season it will be updated in our system. You may check the status of your registration at any time here.
