Registration & Interest

Welcome to Edison Chargers Girls Water Polo!  

Interested in Edison Chargers Girls Water Polo?  Fill out the GWP Interest form and we will be in contact before the 2025 - 26 season starts! 

 Registration

All athletes must complete the following steps to complete their registration for the current season:

Athlete Clearance
Athletes must be cleared to participate in games, scrimmages, or practice. Not being cleared will result in an unexcused absence.
Note: Your Home Campus account will remain "pending" until the Transportation Fee has been processed.
 
Physical Evaluation
Complete a current  Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation form with your physician.  You will upload this into Home Campus  
 
Concussion Baseline Test
You will receive an email to complete the Concussion Baseline Test when you have registered in Home Campus.  If you need a link sent to you again, please email the Athletic Trainer, [email protected].
 
Transportation Fee
In  Home Campus, print and sign confirmation page.  Bring that form and payment of $90 to the finance window. You may pay by check, payable to EHS or you may pay by credit card (3% transaction fee applies)

Voluntary Donations
Your donation will help fund equipment, tournaments, coaching staff, and other essential needs for Edison Chargers Girl Water Polo program students. We appreciate your help and contribution.
You may pay by Zelle [email protected] or by check payable to Charger Aquatics Booster Club.
Check payments may be given to GWP Treasurer, Donna Yamaguchi or GWP VP, Pomai Spencer or mailed to Charger Aquatics, P.O. Box 5084, Hungtington Beach, CA 92615
