Edison Chargers Aquatics Boosters

Welcome to Charger Aquatics Boosters!

 

The Edison Chargers Aquatics Boosters is a non-profit club comprised of parents, alumni, and members of the community to support ALL aquatics programs at Edison High School. The Boosters assist in identifying the needs of the boys and girls water polo, swim, and dive teams through open communication with the coaching staff as well as our athletes and parents.

 

The funds raised by the Aquatics Boosters provide for over 90% of the operating expenses of the EHS Chargers Aquatics programs. Along with the volunteer efforts of parents like you, we continue to make a lasting impact on the future of our school and our athletes.

 

Some of the basic operating needs that our budget of almost $45,000 supplies:

  • Deep Water Training

  • Strength and Conditioning Equipment

  • Facilities Equipment and repairs

    • ​touchpads

    • lane lines

    • diving boards

    • goals

    • timing clocks

    • general maintenance

  • ​Athlete Packs

  • League Dues

  • Scholarships and Awards

All of these needs and more are met through fundraising and the generous donations to the Aquatics Boosters from EHS Aquatics Friends and Families.  Fundraising opportunities are available through our Snack Bar, Holiday Greens sales, Aquatics Garage sale, participation in restaurant nights, purchases of athlete wall plaques, stickers, yard signs and spirit wear.  

 

Contributions are confidential and tax deductible.

 

Your time is just as valuable as your money.  Volunteer opportunities will be listed under each sport's respective tab as well as Fundraising. 

 

Every EHS Aquatics parent is automatically a member of the Edison Chargers Aquatics Boosters. Meetings are open to all members and the Board welcomes your input as we look to improve our programs and our athletes.
