Volunteer Jobs and Declare Swimmer Reminder

Hi Dolphins, this is a friendly reminder to sign up for volunteer jobs and declare your swimmer this evening.

You will need to DECLARE your swimmer for each meet to let the coaches know that they will be swimming in the meet. Directions on how to declare your swimmer can be found here. Coaches are unable to get your swimmer into a meet if they are not declared by the Wednesday morning before each meet at 7:30am. Thank you in advance for declaring your swimmers on time!

Volunteer Job Signup- You will be able to signup for volunteer spots for our first meet on Monday June 10th at 7pm through your account. All spots are first come first serve. Volunteer requirements for this season: Team-3 volunteer jobs, Pre-team-2 volunteer jobs. New families- please be sure to submit your volunteer check to our Treasurer before the first meet if you haven't already. Directions to sign up for volunteer jobs can be found here.
