We, the LLD Board, are excited about the upcoming swim season and have great plans, including fun family events and team-building experiences. Our goal is to make this season memorable for your swimmer and your family. If you have questions or concerns, please refer to the bios to find the appropriate contact. Vice President: Paul Lively

 My role involves assisting Gina with communication between LLA and RPS (our new pool company) and serving as a 'floater' during swim meets, filling in wherever needed. I also support Sarah with coach communication.

 

 

 

Coaches' Liaison: Sarah Crone

As a former swim coach myself, I understand the importance of having the coaches focus all of their attention at practice and meets on coaching the swimmers.  I am your point of contact should you have any questions or concerns about practices for the coaching staff.  Feel free to reach out to me!

 

 

 

IT Rep: Brandy Clark

The Lake Linganore Dolphins Swim Team is a wonderful organization of which my family is grateful to have been a part since 2013.  I have served on the board since 2020.  I work with the coaching staff to prepare the meet line up and coordinate with the IT Rep of the opposing team to merge the meet files into one meet.  The rest of the IT Team and I run the meet software during the meet, score the events, print the ribbon labels, and post the meet results.  If you notice a discrepency in your swimmer's race times or place, or are missing a ribbon, please reach out to me as soon as possible following the meet.  I am also the person to contact if you are having difficulty committing your swimmer(s) for an event or are having any difficulty with navigating the web site or verifying your cell number to receive important text alerts from the team.

I act as the voting representative of the Dolphis Swim Team at FSSL (Frederick Summer Swim League) meetings.  These meetings happen year-round to ensure a successful summer swim season.

I keep the books for the team and manage all of the swimmers' accounts.  I also recruit and manage our annual sponsors.  If you know of anyone who may be interested in becoming a sponsor, please reach out to me.  Likewise, I am here to answer any questions regarding your account and volunteer checks.

I joined the board in 2024 and am excited to be continuing in my role.  I keep meeting minutes and catalog historical records for the team.  I look forward to hearing from you if you're interesed in organization or the history of the team.

As an at-large member of the board, I help out in all areas preparing for, and implementing, the swim season.  I organize and manage the registration process and am the person to reach out to for any prospective families who are interested in joining the team.

I manage our team's Facebook Page and Twitter account and publish the team's Weekly Bulletin.  I would love to have you email me with any pictures you take at the social activities or meets, as well as any swimming acheivements to be included in our bulletin.

 

 

 

 

Events Coordinator: Livvy Hill

Hi, I'm Livvy Hill, the Events Coordinator!  I help to come up with some fun activities to give the team a chance to bond outside the pool.  We like to take advantage of our amazing neighborhood amenities to have picnics, ice cream socials, and tie dye days... to name a few!  I've been with the team since 2015, and have been on the board since 2023.  My daughter, Kaly, is a member of the Dolphins since 2021!  If you need to reach me, you can email me at [email protected]Looking forward to another great summer!

If you have any questions about volunteering for the meets or fulfilling your volunteer slots for the season, please send a message to Carrie & Renatte at this email address. Carrie and Renatte have been tirelessly coordinating our volunteers for both home and away meets for over 7 years and are ready to start training their replacements.  Please consider stepping up to take ion this role and lead our volunteer team in the upcoming seasons.  if you are interested in this position, or have questions about what this position entails, please reach out to them at                                                 their email address. Concessions Coordinator: Kevin and Molly Dorsey

Shop for and prepare concessions, as well as manned concessions table for every home meet. Concessions is a vital part of raising funds for the team to minimize team registration costs.  If you are interested in donating pre-packaged foods for concessions, please reach out!

Officials Coordinator: Matt Otto

Matt has been an FSSL official since the 2013 season, and as the committe lead since 2021.  He served on the board for 6 years, including 4 years as Co-President.  Matt ensures all team stroke and turn judges are trained by the FSSL, makes the stroke and turn judge schedule for the season and serves as the Starter at home meets.  If you are interested in becoming a stroke and turn judge, please reach out to Matt.  

 

 

Ribbons Coordinator: Jasmine Turner

Jasmine works with the IT rep and weekly ribbon volunteers to prepare and organize hundreds of ribbons after each meet.  If you have any questions about your child's ribbons, or find that a ribbon is missing, please reach out to her.

Virginia is a professional photographer as well as a swim team parent.  She wil be capturing pictures at our meets and social events to be included in our weekly bulletins, website, and for historical cataloguing for the team.
