Modified Swim Practice Schedule for Picture Day June 14th

Tomorrow is Picture Day for LLD and with that comes a modified practice schedule as well as a lot of swimmers at the pool at the same time. Please be mindful of swimmers and families walking in the parking lot/into the pool house and patient with the process as we work to get every swimmer's photo taken as well as our team photo taken in a timely manner. Picture day volunteers should report to the pool deck at 7:30am and receive instructions from a Board Member. 

Picture Day Schedule:

7:30am- Group 1 and 2 swimmers arrive at pool, get in line for individual photos (see email sent June 11th for order form...have form/payment ready)

8am- ALL swimmers report to pool deck for team photo

8:25am- All remaining Group 1 and 2 swimmers as well as Group 3 swimmers get in line for individual photos

8:30am-9am- Group 1 swim practice (age 13+)

9am-9:45am- All remaining swimmers- Groups 1-3 and Group 4 individual photos

9am-9:30am- Group 2 swim practice (age 10-12)

9:30am-10am- Group 3 swim practice (age 9 and under)

10am-10:30am- Group 4 swim practice (pre-team)

Coaches plan to have swimmers practice starts and turns prior to fun Friday games. The fun Friday donut tradition will continue tomorrow, however, please tell your swimmer they should not be eating donuts prior to their photo being taken. We cannot be responsible for messy faces.
