Coach in Training (CIT) Application 2025

Lake Linganore Dolphins Swim Team and our Coaches are largely supported by our volunteer "CITs." These Coaches in Training are crucial to the success, safety and fun our team experiences each summer! Each year, we are looking for the best group of CITs to ensure our swimmers are surrounded by great role models and individuals who exemplify what it means to be a Dolphin. There are often far more applicants then positions available making it a hard decision every season because we have amazing young leaders on our team!

We encourage any returning swimmer (age 14+) interested in becoming a Coach in Training (CIT) to read through the job description, requirements and complete the application form available on our website. Applications will be accepted today March 14th through March 31st. All applicants will be contacted by Coach Dylan or Coach Liaison Sarah Crone to set up a virtual interview. Interviews will be set for the first 2 weeks of April. Questions should be directed to Coach Dylan ([email protected]) or Sarah Crone ([email protected]).
