All-City Updates for Tuesday, July 26th - IMPORTANT
Happy Tuesday Sharks!
Hope everyone is finding these e-mails helpful (and not too terribly annoying!) as we get deeper into All-City week. If you are annoyed, know that e-mails from me will likely (hopefully) stop on Saturday.
Please recall that you should be getting your 11-12 Medley Relay swimmer to Seminole soon for practice. Practice runs from 6:30-7:30.
Congrats to all our Shark Divers who are finishing up their competition at Goodman today. I've watched a bit on the live stream and I'm amazed at these wonderful athletes. What a great All-City Dive Goodman has hosted - congrats to them as well!
Tomorrow is All-City Swim Eve - plan for practice per normal except for the 13+ age group who will be having practice at 6:45 am. A special treat of 15 minutes of extra sleep for these hard working kids. Also, if your 13+ swimmer is a Junior Coach, please be sure they grab their coaches wristbands from Coach Andrew tomorrow at practice. These wristbands provide access to the coaching deck at Ridgewood.
Tomorrow at 5:30 is the Pasta Party at McKee Farms Park. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to contribute food or their time to make this event a great carb-loading success. Please note that families are invited but food is reserved for swim and dive team members only. It may be a good idea to consider bringing food in a disposable container as it can sometimes be hard to get things back to the right people.
If you have a swim buddy, be sure to bring to bring along your gift...you may not be swimming on the same days at All-City. Finally, the Seminole Swim and Dive Booster Social Team will have chalk markers available if you would like to chalk you car with Seminole cheers. We want the whole counnty to know that Seminole is #1!.
Go Sharks!
