All-City Updates for Wednesday, July 27th - IMPORTANT

Sarah Terry-Rost

Here we go Sharks!

Hopefully you are starting to think about packing up and heading to McKee Farms Park for the Pasta Party.  Festivities start tonight at 5:30.  There will be water ballons, car chalking, and general great Seminole spirit.

  • If you are volunteering at All-City Swim and don't yet have your parking pass, please be sure to find Coach Andrew tonight at the party so that you can take advantage of your cush parking spot.
  • Still confused about what's happening?  Have questions?  Find a Seminole Swim and Dive Booster in a red tank top...they can help you out.  Our Booster Buddies are also waiting to take your call, text, or e-mail.  Don't be shy!

Tomorrow is the start of 3 great days of swimming action at Ridgewood Pool.  Did you download the app?  You are going to regret it if you don't.

Preliminary races for 11-12, 13-14, and 15-18 swimmers happen tomorrow as well the 11-12 Medley Relay finals.  The schedule of events is on the app and approximate times for each event are also on the app (do you sense a theme about this app...I hope so!).  You will want to be parked and on-site at least 1 hour before your scheduled race.  Better yet, pay attention to the notifications on the app which will help you understand if the meet is running ahead or behind schedule.

If you're at Ridgewood tomorrow, please be sure to take some time to enjoy the Senior Recognition - we have an amazing group of swimmers and students heading from the All-City league into their great futures ahead.

In the meantime, at Seminole tomorrow, the beat goes on:

  • 8 and Under and 9-10 practice at Seminole any time between 8:00 – 10:30 – coaches will leave instructions on the whiteboard.

  • 8 and Under Relay practice is also happening tomorrow night from 6:30-7:30.

Congrats again to all our Dive Team members for a great All-City!  Thanks for getting the party started for Seminole.

And now, on to All-City Swim - Go Sharks!
