All-City Updates for Thursday, July 28th - IMPORTANT
Hello Seminole Swim Nation -
Congrats to the Shark big kids who swam in the morning session at Ridgewood today - lots of personal best times! Amazing swims!
Tomorrow Ridgewood will feature the preliminary races for our 8 and under and 9-10 swimmers. Our 8 and under swimmers will also compete in finals for both the medley and free relays. Please note that the meet begins at 8:00 am.
Reminder that warm-ups for tomorrow are at 6:30 am at Seminole Pool. The 8 and under medley relay groups will ride to Ridgewood together after warm ups. If your swimmer doesn't swim until later in the session, they are welcome to warm-up on their own anytime between 6:30 am and 1:00 pm.
It is vitally important that you watch the app to understand which races are in the water and which races should be headed to clerk of course. Have you downloaded the app???? Please be sure to pay close attention. We don't want our swimmers to miss their opportunity to shine at All-City. There are many families in these younger age groups who are new to all of this - don't be afraid to seek help if you need it. Your Booster Buddies are there for you or seek out an experienced parent in the Seminole tent!
11-12 and 13+ practice on your own at Seminole any time between 8:00 – 10:30 – coaches will leave instructions on the whiteboard.
7:00-8:00 Evening Relay Practice/Championship practice to work on starts, turns, and finishes.
- 9-10 from 7:00-7:20
- 11-12 from 7:20-7:40
