Be a Seminole Sharks Swim Buddy!  Registration is now open for the 2024 Seminole Sharks Swim Buddies.  This is a great way for your swimmer to meet other teammates, and is a fun and motivating experience!  Follow the steps below to be a Swim Buddy:

 

  1. In Team Unify, under Team Events, select Swim Buddies 2024; Edit Commitment; select your swimmer as “Yes, please sign up for this event”; Save Changes.
  2. Under Team Events, select event name Swim Buddies 2024; scroll down to Forms/Documents; click on “About Me” Form; print the form, and have your swimmer fill this out. 
  3. Place the forms in the C. Grady family folder in the file cabinet located in the breezeway at the pool. 

 

You must commit “Yes” in Team Unify AND fill out the swim buddy form.  Forms are due June 7th.  Registration in Team Unify closes on June 8th.   Swim Buddies will be paired by June 10th, and your swim buddy’s About Me form will be placed in your family folder.  If you do not have a family folder, your swim buddy’s form will be in the C. Grady folder.

 

Be prepared to meet your swim buddy at the first home meet on June 15th! Swim Buddies exchange encouraging notes, snacks, treats, etc. at swim meets.  Check the About Me form for ideas!

 

We understand that families are busy during the summer months!  Being a Swim Buddy is a commitment for the entire swim season.  This activity may not be the right fit for your family if: If your swimmer cannot attend any meets or if your family has other commitments during the season that would prevent your swimmer from participating fully as a Swim Buddy.
