All City T-Shirt Sponsorship
Happy Tuesday! This is Kathryn Kuehn, I'm one of your co-presidents this year and also your All City representative this year! I've been attending the All City board meetings all year and I'm excited for another amazing weekend coming this August!
For those who are new to the team, WELCOME! You'll be hearing a lot about the All City meet in the upcoming weeks, it may seem like a lot but don't hesitate to ask any returning families what it's all about! We will be hosting an All City Happy Hour later in the summer, but please feel free to email me or catch me at the pool if have questions or just want me to decipher anything!
Starting soon, I'll be sending weekly All City updates/newsletters with lots of fun info! But until then I wanted to let everyone know that Seminole will again have the beloved All-City T-shirts. For those of you who are new to the team, this is a t-shirt that is given out to all Seminole swimmers/divers who are competing at the All-City Swim and Dive Meets. The design is always a surprise, but the coaches already have an idea percolating that will soon become this year's shirt!
As we have done in the past, we are looking for businesses to sponsor our shirts and in return get their company logo on the backs of close to 250 swimmers/divers at the ALL-CITY SWIM/DIVE MEETS. With the number of people who participate in and attend these meets, it's a fantastic opportunity to get some visibility for your business. We are asking for a minimum donation of $300. If you want to sponsor the team, please respond to this email. Checks can be made out to Seminole Boosters and placed in the Kuehn folder.
We're also once again adding a bonus for all sponsors this year...once we recieve your logos we will add them to our home meet heat sheets starting with our home meet against Middleton on 6/22! HOWEVER...you must commit to sponsorship and send me your company logo by the deadline of Wednesday, June 19th so we can add your business to the heat sheet on Saturday 6/22!
For logos, we need a single-color logo in an ”illustrator” file or an “EPS” file (not JPEG). If you are returning sponsor and your logo has not changed from last year, we can use the logo you submitted last season. If your file format is an issue, please let me know. The deadline for checks and graphics files is NEXT WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19th at noon.
