Great job this weekend at the swim meet against Middleton! Below are the results and some info for the week. Important reminder that sign-ups for the Hill Farm meet on Friday are due tonight (6/29) at 11:59 pm. 
 
Private Coaching Sessions
With the summer in full swing, I wanted to take a second to remind everyone about the rules for private coaching sessions. 
  • Families must use this document and process to reserve private coaching sessions with coaches.

  • This process above involves payment for coaches, which is done online and not through Venmo or any other source. Please do not pay coaches via Venmo or cash for private coaching sessions. If you have any questions, please let me know. 

Volunteering at Badger Prairie Needs

  • If you are 12 and older, please consider volunteering with us this summer at Badger Prairie Needs. Head to our website to sign up under the events section.

A link to purchase the flower yard signs (replacement for ground graphics) is live on the All-City Website.   Orders are due by Tuesday, July 8, 2025.  Please let me know if you or your swim families have any questions about these.
 
 
 

Hill Farm Meet Information

  • Date of Meet: Wednesday, 7/2/25

  • Deadline to sign up: Sunday, 6/29/25 at 11:59 pm 

  • Location: Seminole Pool-5948 Schumann Dr, Fitchburg, WI 53711

  • Meet Start: 5pm

  • Warm-Ups: 

  • 8 and unders/Shark Bites: 4-4:15 pm

  • 9-10's: 4:15-4:30 pm 

  • 11-12's: 4:30-4:40 pm

  • 13 and ups: 4:40-4:50 pm 

Team Cheer: 4:50 pm by the shallow end

Theme:  Dress up like a cow or a farmer!

 

Practice Next week! 

I will be sending this out a couple of times, but wanted to let everyone know that we will have practice Monday-Wednesday next week, and no practice Thursday and Friday due to the Fourth of July.
