*Important Disclaimer*
*Because this is the last home meet, we will be having coaches' relays and parents' relays. Y'all are more than welcome to participate if y'all are interested. These relays will take place at the end of the meet after the 15-18 free relays. If you are interested, please let me know. Lastly, I wanted to give everyone a heads-up on our 15-18 relays and our seniors for the meet. Since this is the seniors' last meet at Seminole, we always give them the option to swim an event with a friend by splitting their race up, if they want to, i.e., they swim a 50 fly and another senior swims the other 50 fly. Finally, for our 15-18 Free relays, it is a tradition that our swimmers dress up and swim with stuff from our lost and found. Please know that this is only for our 15-18 swimmers.*
Swimathon-7/9/25

- Swimathon! When is it? It's this Wednesday, 7/9/25 during normal swim team practices (or other options available during the day as well).
- What will be going on? Swimmers get 1 hour to swim as many laps as they want
- How will we keep track of people's laps?Hybrid of swimmers counting on their own and then coaches/volunteers available at the shallow end to have a tally (we'll have tally sheets to help with counting).
- Prizes for Individuals The top 5 kids for funds raised get swim/water-themed gift basket, and top two also get bowling party.
- Prizes for Age Groups Top age group gets to shaving cream coaches
- Everyone gets a free Kona Ice and free culver's coupon
- Kona Ice truck at the pool in afternoon and Glass Nickel Pizza will be sold from 5-7 pm at pool as well.
Sunset Relays (13 and ups only and masters swimmers)
This is a fun relay meet that is only for 13 and ups swimmers and is at Shorewood this year. Entry is $1, please bring it to Coach Andrew at practice. When signing up, please select the only event available. This will not be swum at the meet, but is put in as a placeholder so that I can enter swimmers in relays. This meet does not count as one of the three dual meets for All-City. Due to the meet being later than normal, we will not have 13 and up practice the following morning on Tuesday, July 15th. Please sign up! We have a smaller group size than Hill Farm and Shorewood, so the more people we can have compete, the better! This meet is a ton of fun! Let me know if you have any questions!
