Communication Good communication is key to a successful season for the Stingrays. Here are a few of the ways we will distribute information pertinent to the team. WEBSITE - Our Stingrays website is your primary resource for all team information. Our website now includes meet schedules, a calendar of events, heat sheets, results, team news, and much more. Be sure and check it regularly. www.rollinghillsclub.com/stingrays EMAIL - E-mail updates and reminders will be sent to Stingrays parents and swimmers who provide an e-mail address during registration. BULLETIN BOARDS - Our Stingrays bulletin boards are located both across from and to the right of the poolside entrance to the Aquatics office. These will also serve to inform you of team information such as Swimmer of the Week and Swimmer Best Times as well as share fun team photos throughout the season. RIBBON BOXES - Ribbon boxes will be located near the Aquatics office shortly after the season begins. A file will be created for each swim family. Be sure and check your family’s file regularly for any ribbons awarded and for periodic handouts. COACHES - When the coaches are on deck with the swimmers for practice, please keep your questions brief and respect their desire to spend this time focused on the swimmers on the team.
