MW Waterdevils Volunteer Information Sheet 

General Requirements 

1. One season long job, plus 1 shift at Champs, per family, OR 5 shifts, plus one shift at Champs per family.  Tadpole and high school swimmer families must complete one shift. Marinwood is responsible for hosting the MSL All Star Meet this season.  We are requiring every family signed up for a season long job to complete a shift at All Stars (June 14, 2025 at Archie Williams) to help us with this task!

2. $125 fee for missed shifts. If there is a shortage of positions available, you will not be charged for not fulfilling five shifts. All familes must sign up by April 18, 2025 or will be charged the volunteer buyout fee ($600).

3. Shifts are either job related (i.e., set-up crew) or ~4 hours for a job. 

4. If your family is unable to cover your assigned job, it is your responsibility to find coverage.  Changes, cancellations, or expected absences should be reported to the Volunteer Coordinators ([email protected]).  

5. Other non-season long job opportunities are available for Tadpole and high school swimmer families, such as awards ceremony, aquathon, team party, and timers at away meets.

7. On deck AM shifts generally start at 7-7:30am, later for timers. PM shifts usually start after backstroke. 

8. Jobs listed below are subject to change and other jobs may become available.

9. We will open official job registration on Team Unify on March 7, 2025 at 9 am.

Food Shopper 1 per home meet N Shop Costco and Smart and Final the Thursday or Friday before a home meet to stock the snack bar.  Requires Costco membership and coordination with snack bar coordinator.  Team will reimburse food costs.
Friday Food Pick Up 1 per home meet N Pick up pre-made salad in San Anselmo the Friday afternoon before each home meet. Deliver to the pool Friday afternoon or Saturday morning by 8 a.m.
