Mission Statement

The mission of the Brookdale Buccaneers swim team is to provide its young members with an opportunity to participate in the Naperville Swim Conference summer team program and to do so in a manner that:

• Commits to a structured, fun-oriented program
• Provides opportunities for swimmers to develop to their fullest potential
• Encourages team spirit, open communication and sportsmanship
• Develops self-esteem through the accomplishment of individual goals
• Allows for a safe, healthy and memorable swim club experience
• Fosters a life-long love for the sport of swimming
