About SURF

SURF is a youth swim team made up of members of the Bloomfield Hills Swim & Tennis club; located at 251 E. Square Lake Rd. in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.  SURF competes in 6 dual meets in the Northwest Suburban Swim League (NSSL) and the competitive season runs from May-July. 

Our Swim Team provides training for a wide range of ages and swimming ability. Young children (approximately 4+) can participate in our Pre-Team program. Swimmers who can complete one length of the pool unaided with a legal stroke are ready for competitive dual meet swimming which goes to age 18.

At the end of the season our Competitive Team swimmers participate in either the A or B level League Meets. Several swimmers from our team have gone on to compete at the state and collegiate levels!
