How to Access Diving Info Page (must have at first practice to be allowed to practice!)
ONLY an AD or AD secretary may generate this form. Coaches do not have access.
1) Log into Aktivate (Register My Athlete)
2) Click on the search box icon in the upper right corner and type in the diver's name
3) Click on View
4) Click on the student's Swimming & Diving registration
5) Click View > Parent View in the upper right hand corner
6) Click Print Registration Profile and print. You only need to print the first page
7) Have your Athletic Administrator or Athletic Director sign each sheet
8) Have your diver bring that page to the first dive practice they attend
