Over 34 volunteers from each team are required for a swim meet: 9 timer per team, 2 stroke & turn officials per team, a head and assistant timer, a referee, a starter, a clerk-of-course, an assistant clerk-of-course, an announcer, a scorer, a computer operator, 2 verifiers, a ribbon writer per team, two runners, someone to perform the “Star Spangled Banner”, and several people to cook, run concessions, and sell team gear. 

We also need volunteers to organize and help for all social events, take pictures, sell and manage team gear, maintain the website, handle registration, coordinate trophies and medals for all swimmers, and organize the end of the season banquet.

A volunteer coordinator will be appointed each season. Check in with this parent early on to learn how you can help.
