Volunteers

Did you know that it takes at least 35 adult volunteers just to run one home swim meet? It's true! The team counts on every family to help at both swim meets and social events. The good news is that the more you get involved in helping, the more fun the swim team experience is for everyone. Please make sure that your family signs up to help at a minimum of three meets and one social event. 

Below are descriptions of how to sign up to volunteer as well as descriptions of most of our volunteer jobs. There is a wide variety of ways to help the team. 

Every summer, we thank all those who have volunteered at our Volunteer Appreciation Happy Hour. It is a small token of our appreciation for all those who give of themselves to make the Tilden Woods Swim Team possible. Thanks so much for helping.
