KSDT Refund Policy

We understand that athletes may need to withdraw from the team due to illness or injury, change in summer plans or if, after giving it a try, they decide that the team experience is not a good fit for them. However, the team begins incurring non-refundable expenses based on the team roster count as of mid-May, and hiring for the season is based on those numbers.

The team policy is as follows:
 
Withdrawal requested from date of swimmer’s registration through Friday, May 23, 2025: 100% refund
 
Withdrawal requested from Saturday, May 24, 2025, through Thursday, June 5, 2025: 75% refund of the registration fee
 
Withdrawal requested after Friday, June 6, 2025: No refund
