Diving Meet Information

Regular season dive meets are on the Wednesdays, with warm-ups starting at 5:30 and the meets starting at 6:30.

Coaches will complete diving sheets prior to every meet. Once dives have been selected and the diving sheets have been completed, the diver may not change his/her diving sheet.

All regular season diving meets are conducted in the following order:

  • 8 & under – 3 dives
  • 9-10 – 3 dives
  • 11-12 – 4 dives
  • 13-14 – 4 dives
  • 15-18 – 5 dives

The older age groups may be requested to reduce the number of dives (by one dive), to ensure that everyone may participate in the meet and the meet concludes on time. This may occur during meets against larger teams.

The SSA championship dive meets will be held:

July TBD for 11&12 girls, and all ages 13 and up, at TBD.

July TBD for 11&12 boys, and all ages 10 and under, at TBD.

Both championship meets are morning meets.  The meet warm-ups are at 8am with the meet starting at 9am.  Usually the older age groups warm up first, followed by the younger age groups.  Your diver may choose to skip the early meet warm-up in favor of only doing the 15-20 minute age group warm-up right before their group competes.  The exact time that each age group starts will depend on the number of divers competing.  Awards are done and delivered at the end of each day's competition, usually before noon.
