Inclement Weather

Practices

Morning practices are rarely canceled to due inclement weather. The team will meet inside the clubhouse on these days for dry land exercises and other activities. During after school and evening practices, if BOSC is closed to due weather-related conditions, practice will be canceled. During morning practice, if storms are in the area, affected age group practices may be canceled. We will do our best to send emails and/or update the website regarding cancelation/delays.

Meets

Meets will not be canceled prior to start time. In the event lightning and/or thunder are sighted or heard in the vicinity of the host pool, a 20-30 minute delay is required. The total amount of delay time should not exceed one hour. Meets are also rarely canceled. Please arrive at the host pool at the scheduled warm-up time, regardless of the weather.
