Swim Team
Head Coach: Coulter Morrill

With years of experience coaching at the collegiate and club levels, Coach Coulter brings a passion for swimming and athlete development. He currently serves as an assistant coach at Swarthmore College and previously helped lead Middlebury College swimmers to school records, NCAA qualifications, and All-American honors. A former Division I swimmer and team captain at the University of Maine, he knows what it takes to inspire swimmers of all levels.
Coach Coulter’s love for the sport began with summer club swimming, and he believes in creating a fun, inclusive environment where swimmers of all ability levels can thrive. Whether you’re looking to refine your strokes, drop time, or just have fun racing with friends, his goal is to make this summer an unforgettable experience. Outside of the pool, Coach Coulter and his wife recently welcomed their first daughter, Eloise, and he’s enjoying getting to know his new community in Swarthmore and Delco. He can’t wait for a great season ahead!

Dive Team
Head Coach: Jo-Ann Johnson
I started coaching diving at the age of 14, and have coached many teams and many levels. I did coach’s training with Dick Kimball, multiple time Olympic diving coach, and have done dive camp with Ron O’Brian (Greg Louganis’s coach and Olympic coach). I am a member of the East Coast Master Diving. I started diving when I was 6 years old and I continue to dive and compete.
