2025 SSC Swim Team Practice & Meet Schedule
Evaluation and practice schedule updated March 25, 2025
Evaluations will be held on 5/21 (6 - 7p) at the Strath Haven High School pool - mandatory for all new swimmers age 10 & under as well as swimmers who finished the 2024 season as a SeaColt
Practice Schedule
Preseason (5/27-6/12) - Sea Sharks only
Week 1 (5/27-5/29) - Strath Haven High School pool
- 4:15 - 5:15p, Tue - Thu -- 11 and older (Updated 5/19/25)
- 5:00 - 6:00p, Tue - Thu -- 10 and under (no Sea Colts)
Weeks 2 & 3 (6/2-6/12) - Swarthmore Swim Club
Coach Coulter will adjust the training plan as needed to account for weather and water temperature.
- 4:00 - 5:00p, Mon - Thu -- 11 and older
- 5:00 - 6:00p, Mon - Thu -- 10 and under (no Sea Colts)
Regular Season (6/16-7/18)
SeaSharks (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday -- no practice on Wednesdays because of Varsity Meets)
- 4:00 - 5:00p -- 11 & up (All Lap Pool Lanes Used)
- 5:00 - 6:00p -- 10 & and under (All Lap Pool Lanes Used)
SeaColts (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
- 6:00 - 6:30p (2-3 Lanes Used)
Practices for A Champs (7/21-7/25)
All A Champs swimmers (Monday - Friday)
- 4:00 - 5:00p
Suburban Swim League (SSL) Meet Schedule
Varsity:
6/18 - Home vs Fort Washington Lifetime - Warm up 5 pm
6/25 - Away vs King of Prussia Lifetime - Warm up 5:30 pm
7/2 - Home vs Wallingford - Warm up at 5 pm
7/9 - Home vs. Rose Tree Woods - Warm up 5 pm
7/16 - Away vs. Aronimink - Warm up 5:30 pm
Not participating in SSL JV Meets in 2025.
